Lubię mieć go pod ręką i szczodrze zakraplać nim słodkości, bo nie dość że nie posiada ani grama cukru i tłuszczu, to jeszcze świetnie się rozpuszcza zarówno w płynach zimnych, jak i gorących. Bardzo smacznie aromatyzuje kokosem i naturalnie wypada w degustacji :)

Po 1/4 szkl. wrzątku wlać do 2 oddzielnych kubeczków. Do każdego dosypać po łyżeczce żelatyny. Dokładnie rozmieszać do zupełnego rozpuszczenia proszku. Odstawić do lekkiego przestudzenia.
Truskawki zblendować na jednolitą papkę. Dołożyć syrop z agawy oraz rozpuszczoną żelatynę z jednego z kubeczków. Wymieszać.
Do jogurtu naturalnego dołożyć syrop z agawy, barwnik spożywczy oraz wkropić 10 kropel aromatu kokosowego. Dolać rozpuszczoną żelatynę z drugiego kubeczka. Dokładnie wymieszać do połączenia składników i uzyskania jednolitego koloru.
Pucharki do lodów oprzeć w lodówce pod skosem. Przelać do nich mus truskawkowy - robić to delikatnie, tak aby nie pobrudzić ścianek naczynek. Odczekać 30 minut do stężenia. Następnie pucharki ustawić pionowo i wlać warstwę jogurtową. Odczekać kolejne 30 minut - lub więcej - do stężenia.
Udekorować świeżymi owocami. Podawać mocno schłodzone.
